Only wore twice, not enough time to tell.

These are definitely compression socks but I am at a loss as to how they help plantar fascitis. Waste of money for me.

Workouts

I have good shoes, but walking the concrete warehouse floor and jumping in and out of trucks made my high arches just hurt after every shift. These SOX fit great, have nice compression, but not too tight and my feet have quit hurting! They wash well and I like that they are bright enough to stand out in the wash for easy locating before the next shift. No problems wearing socks under or over them. They're just comfortable and effective.

I wanted to write this review because I do t see anyone talking about their effectiveness for sciatica and neuropathy. I had a bout of severe sciatica which was followed by a two month period of neuropathy in the top of my foot (all the way up to my big toe) where I felt pins and needles and sensitivity. These socks are very helpful for me in lessening the severity of that neuropathy.

I’m a year out from the major injury and have recovered, but I still get sciatic flare ups and these socks are comfortable to wear at home or while I’m sleeping. They help to constrain the nerve signals in my feet and the whole leg is better up to my lower back. Not a magic bullet but very helpful. I also like the bright colors and I wear the sock in my Birkenstocks when I’m out and about casually like at the grocery store. I like them so much I got a second pair so I have teal and purple. Last thing! They wash easily in the washing machine and I just air dry them.
