• Q. What is the compression rating and material used?

  Our socks are rated 20-30mmHg and made of a nylon/spandex blend. The socks are latex-free.

• Q. Are these socks suitable for both men and women?

  Yes, our socks are designed to fit both men and women. Please refer to the size chart to determine the best size.

• Q. How do I choose the correct size for the best fit?

  We recommend measuring your arch circumference prior to purchasing, especially since arch size plays a big part in the sizing. Once you have your arch circumference, our size chart will help you decide which size you need. Shoe size is given as a general guide. Using arch circumference is preferred.

• Q. When should I wear these socks?

  We designed the socks for daily use. They can be worn for any occasion, whether it is while at work/school, traveling, playing sports, social events, or just relaxing at home. The socks can be safely and comfortably worn for multiple hours at a time. Wearing overnight is based on personal preference. We always recommend that you try on the socks for 3-4 hours prior to wearing overnight. This will give you an idea if there is any excess tightness/pain after wearing. If for any reason you do feel discomfort, please remove them immediately.

• Q. How long can I expect the socks to maintain their compression and quality?

  The life expectancy of the socks is 8 to 12 months, depending on the frequency and intensity of your use. If you have more than one pair, each pair will last longer if you rotate wearing your socks.
